Progen Aura Imaging is the company presided over by Guy Coggins. This is a short clip taken from a healing session I did with a fellow named Vy. It was fun to watch that white bubble of pulsing energy continue throughout his session.

What the Heck is an Aura?

The shape, color, and strength of the aura may be affected by a person's emotional, mental, and physical well-being, and some claim to be able to detect dysfunction in the internal organs through analyzing its appearance. It can offer a glimpse into the personality and well-being of a person, and can change throughout life.

The dictionary has a number of definitions but the one many of us are familiar with is “an indication of radiant light drawn around the head of a saint.”

I daresay that you don’t have to be a saint to have a halo of electromagnetic energy surrounding you. Spiritual teachings throughout the various cultures, documented for over 5,000 years, have referred to energies vibrating through all physical matter. Different names for the aura energy include chi, prana, karnaeem, and illiaster, to cite just a few.

The human energy field is a collection of electromagnetic energies of varying densities that permeate through and emit or exit from the physical body of a living person. These particles of energy are suspended around the healthy human body in an oval shaped field. This "auric egg" emits out from the body approximately 2-3 feet on all sides. It extends above the head and below the feet into the ground.

The Aura Captured Electronically

Guy Coggins, the inventor of the Progen Aura Camera, describes his invention as intensified Kirlian imaging based on the electrical impulses of the body. The camera does not actually see auras, but rather, it perceives them electronically. The camera transmits radio waves through the subject’s electromagnetic field, and then converts the waves into electrical energy which can be processed as light and color (www.auraphoto.com).

Although many colors can appear in an aura, usually one color dominates. This rainbow (the aura) around the body consists of different colors representing different meanings. Generally speaking, red reveals passion and leadership ability, orange reflects independence, yellow shows intelligence and humor, green shows compassion and a big heart, blues are peaceful and artistic, purples have vivid imaginations, and white shows intense spirituality.

There is a wealth of information on the web about interpreting aura colors, and you might find it fun to dig a bit deeper.

In addition to the colors, Guy breaks down the aura photo into three areas. The area to the right of the subject represents the vibrational frequency most likely seen or felt by others around you. The area to the left is normally the vibration coming into your being. The color seen over your head is what you experience for yourself now—the color that best describes you.

The Aura During a Healing Session

Without getting too involved in interpreting the colors of the sessions posted here, what I find so fascinating is that this equipment documents the existence of a person’s energy field and clearly shows that it can be influenced by healing.

The great thing remains, of course, hearing that the sessions actually resulted in improvement to health and well-being. As Sue said to me after we took another still picture of her post-session, “You changed my aura!” And here is that picture...
