15-minute communion with the Divine Mother and the Archangels, to the music of Peter Makena. Tune in live via Sophia Wisdom Radio, or later at your convenience.

1st & 3rd WEDNESDAYS, 10:00 am CST

20-25 minutes of channeling followed by a five minute Sophia Blessing (see above). Themes include healing, connection, channeling, forgiveness, unconditional love, A Course in Miracles, the Akashic Records, and how to be a spiritual being in human form. Listen live or later at your convenience.

Sit or lie down in a place of comfort with Reconnective Healing engaged, and begin as you would any distance healing, except that you won't have a particular person in mind. Trust that the healing will help someone somewhere, and that God will take care of the details. At 9:00 pm. CST on the dot, I'll start with a short prayer:
