HOW I CHANNEL

I immediately connect with Divine Sophia and then simply begin channeling, or speaking her words. If we're in person, you'll see my hands and arms move about with the energy, though closed eyes are less distracting. While I'm able to connect with a seemingly limitless number of spirit guides, I'm honored to work most closely with Sophia. I always begin by connecting with her but it's entirely possible that your spirit guide may make herself known as well. Other guides that have made contact with me include Jesus, Kryon, Metatron, Gaia, Isis, Mary, the Archangels, the Hathors, Abraham, and many more.

Coming prepared with a list of questions will help move the session along and get you the guidance you're specifically seeking—the clearer your questions, the clearer the answers. Questions regarding your life's path are particularly enjoyed by the guides. While it might seem odd to talk with someone who is not physically present, approach this like talking with a dear friend.

One caveat: if you ask, Should I go left or should I go right, you won't get a direct response. Since we live on the planet of free choice, what you'll get is guidance to help you determine the appropriate direction for YOURself.

You can also choose to commune with loved ones who have died and ask them questions. Being a medium is not my primary focus, nor do I do this for everyone, but if it will help you to heal, I can briefly facilitate that connection.

Channelings last from 30 to 60 minutes. Phone sessions can be purchased by using my shopping cart. I offer a digital recording of the session at no extra charge, and will email it to your afterwards.

I also channel for groups. I usually share a bit about my healing story and how it developed into this ability. From there I simply welcome my guides and begin. Their inspirational messages will touch you profoundly and can facilitate dramatic shifts in healing and in recognizing your life's purpose.
