THE ANGELS HEAL

Channeling is an interesting topic to discuss. If you've read my personal story, then you know that I experienced a stark turnaround in my health after receiving a distance Reconnective Healing in 2005. One of the things that happened as I was recuperating is that I felt the presence of Jesus with me. I recognized him immediately as a very dear friend whom I called Jeshua (never having used that name before), and we had many conversations together. I heard him in my mind as vividly as if you were talking with me, and his presence was integral to my healing. During the weeks of improving health, he was constantly with me. I never saw him with my eyes, but I felt him there just the same.

Shortly after I was reconnected in 2005, I went to Dr. Pearl's annual conference in Sedona, Arizona with my dear friend, Christiane, who had given me the distance healing that turned things around for me. Several wonderfully inspiring speakers were there including Lee Carroll. Lee has channeled a group entity called Kryon for a couple decades, and the man is anything but a new age type. He was funny, self-effacing and down to Earth as he told his story, and I couldn’t help but be charmed, even with my doubts about channeling.

Encouraged by Christiane, we attended a live Kryon channeling with Lee the next day. I didn’t know what to expect but I was curious. There were many people in the audience and from what I saw afterward, many were profoundly moved. That day something really incredible happened—I felt my mother’s presence for the first time since she died in 1989. And right behind her came the spirit of my aunt and grandmother, as if to say, now try doubting that that!. Their love washed over me.

Christiane also felt her mother’s spirit come to her. At the end of the channeling when told to open our eyes, we turned to each other, eyes the size of saucers, and burst into laughter! On the ride back to the hotel, there were four of us in the car and no one said a thing. Four women...speechless!

After that day, I began reading the Kryon books and about a year later, much to my surprise, I started verbally channeling. And who did I hear from? Kryon. Looking back on it, I believe he paved the way because he knew I was familiar with his "voice" and that I wouldn't be afraid.

NEXT STEPS

Channel: any means of passage; a course through which something moves or is transmitted, conveyed, expressed, etc; the proper or official course of transmission of communications; the process by which a person becomes a conduit for a deceased person, as someone from an ancient culture who imparts information about a previous life.

This ability continues to develop in fascinating way and it's difficult to find words to convey the full effect. What I experience most is profound love, deep support, and real peace.

SOPHIA ARRIVES

When Sophia first spoke to me, she explained that she is the Divine Mother and creative partner to God, the Father. Her messages are primarily about unconditional love and that's how communicating with her feels. She melds with me physically and speaks through my voice. I simply translate the thought blocks she sends me into words, and share the messages.

This has really changed my life, as you might imagine, and I trust that your own life will be touched in some meaningful way by her wisdom, should you choose to find out more about her.

Everyone of us is an unconditionally loved child of God, connected to each other in His Oneness. I see channeling as a reminder of that, leading us to acceptance, forgiveness, and peace, despite the circumstances of this world.

A SOPHIA BLESSING

One of the ways this connection with the Divine Mother, Sophia has developed, is into what she calls a Sophia Blessing. This event has become an important part of group presentations.

I close my eyes, ask the group to do the same, and allow Sophia and the other angelic presences to merge into me and through me; and from that very powerful union, Sophia blesses those in attendance with love and healing.

People have been profoundly changed by a Sophia Blessing, and describe it as a deeply spiritual and personal joining in Love.

SHARING WISDOM

At channelAustin, Dave Rutledge and I produced a series of 16 shows called Sophia Wisdom TV. In this series, Divine Sophia addresses a unique topic for each show, including healing, who Jesus was, autism in children, channeling, and much more. You may watch those shows for free.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Perhaps you're seeking a little guidance and are having trouble hearing your own? A private session may help.

Coming prepared with a list of questions will move the session in the direction you want and ensure you receive specific input. While it might seem odd to talk with someone who is not physically present, you will feel this connection palpably and if you can, approach it like talking with a friend.

One caveat: if you ask, Should I go left or should I go right, you won't receive a direct response. What you will get is guidance to help you determine the appropriate direction for yourself.

A session usually lasts from 30 to 45 minutes. A digital recording of the session is included and will be emailed to your afterward.

We are here, fully expecting you to remember who you are and to remember the feeling of family when you join your energy with ours.

This is a magnificent time on your planet! All around you, souls are waking up, increasing their vibration and allowing the light and information to flow. Each time one of you is rebirthed, we celebrate! Each time one of you remembers the master you are, we dance! And when you join your energy with others who are remembering their own mastery as well, the light increases exponentially. What you place your attention on grows. Do not be misled by your mainstream media. Share the good news!

Focus your attention on the feeling of joy. Let love and gratitude be your natural state. We are at the ready...here to help. Ask, and it is given!

I AM Divine Sophia, the Mother of Humanity. Let my embrace bring you comfort and courage.

CAN ANYONE CHANNEL?

Although nobody taught me how to channel, I've come to learn that it is something that can be taught. There are many who have blazed this trail before me, and you can see who some of them are on the Resources page of this site, but I can help you connect with this type of support by facilitating groups, providing "virtual" seminars to clients around the world (check the Events page for current offerings), and working one-on-one.

Following are some things that may be helpful in learning how to channel, which I recommend people familiarize themselves with in channeling classes.

Five Protocols

These five protocols for a safe and productive channeling experience are taken verbatim from Channeling: A Comprehensive and Instructional Guide by Ezekiah, through Michelle Wedel. The book goes into far more detail than the brief summary given here.

1. Establish a safe location in physical space. (Always be sure your physical body is safe and secure before channeling.)

2. Establish a safe location in nonphysical space. (Ensure your safety by taking proper spiritual steps to protect yourself. Be sure to truly mean what you pray for.)

3. Let go of self. (Resolve to relinquish your ego and let the spirit take control.)

NOTE: This does not mean you cannot break the connection at any time...you CAN and should, if and when you desire to.

4. Establish a good self image. (Positive attitude and self respect are a must.)

5. Check your body and your work. (Nothing speaks stronger than results. Count on them.)

Prayer of Protection

It can help to start your channeling sessions with this or something like it, especially when first exploring this brave new world.

From the book referenced above (substitute other words if you find anything in this does not suit you):

"I pray to God and Creation, and to all the elements of highest good, to surround and protect me as I enter into this channeling effort. I ask that only...the most pure intent of light be allowed to touch me...May all that I channel be for the greater good of myself, (if applicable, my client,) mankind and the uncorrupted truth of Creation."

Questions for Your Guide

Once you have made contact with your guide, you might have so many questions it's hard to know where to begin. Here are some suggestions to get you started (adapted from Lita de Alberdi in Channeling: What It Is and How To Do It). These can be addressed to your newly discovered guide!

1. Can you tell me what it was that drew you to work with me?

2. Have you ever been incarnated? If so, when and where?

3. Can you tell me something about the changes for humanity that are happening now?

4. Is there anything that I can do to prepare for these changes?

5. Can you give me some advice about how to maintain total, radiant, good health in my physical body?

6. Please give me some ideas about how to be totally fulfilled and happy in this lifetime?

7. Can you give me some ideas about how to be more abundant in my life at this time?

8. What spiritual practices would assist me at this time?

9. What am I learning in my relationship with _______________?

10. What is the most important life lesson I'm learning at this time?

11. How can I bring more joy into my life?

12. Is there anything else you would like to tell me? (It's good to finish a session with this type of question each time.)
