MY BIO

I was raised in a military family and am proud to be called an “Army Brat.” My father was a “lifer” of 26 years and along with my mother, shuttled me and my brothers back and forth between various military bases, most of them in Germany.

At age 17 I moved back to the U.S. to attend the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘em Horns!). I earned a B.A. degree and then taught German and English to high school and college students.

After some years raising my son, I earned a Master’s in Counseling and Psychology and became Director of an alternative treatment center for people with HIV/AIDS, a life-changing experience. We offered holistic treatment modalities including counseling, acupuncture, chiropractic, yoga, and nutritional education.

From there I took my first job in Human Resources. Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, my career spanned various industries including environmental engineering, pension administration, a real estate investment trust, high-tech, and agriculture. I also went back to grad school and completed some of the coursework towards my MBA. While at my last corporate job in the Bay Area, my life took a very sudden and unexpected turn.

Through my own personal Reconnection and healing, my heart and my life have blessedly cracked wide open. I am devoted to my healing and channeling practice, marveling at the transformation I witness in others and beyond grateful to be a part of their experience.

An outdoor enthusiast with a love for hiking and cycling, I nurture my connection to our Earth. I enjoy photography and writing and feel greatly inspired in my art.
