THE RECONNECTION

Reconnective Healing and the Reconnection^® were founded by Dr. Eric Pearl (The Reconnection is also the name of his organization). Dr. Pearl received his degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles, and headed one of the largest chiropractic centers in the L.A. area—a practice he ran for 12 years.

Known fondly as the "Chiropractor to the Stars," he was a highly successful and popular doctor. Having studied under such masters as Dr. Virgil Chrane and Dr. Carl Cleveland, Sr., Dr. Pearl was one of the few who, in addition to the conventional chiropractic approach, incorporated pure, original and all-but-lost chiropractic techniques.

In August 1993, Dr. Pearl discovered he had been blessed with an unusual "gift" when he suddenly became a healing vehicle of a different kind: a conduit through which healing energy flows. Curiously, his patients began seeing angels, hearing voices, and reporting miraculous healing from numerous conditions.

THE SIX PHRASES

During that year, many of Dr. Eric Pearl’s patients, none of whom knew each other, exhibited some very unusual behavior on his chiropractic table. “Their heads flew back, their eyes rolled upward, their tongues began to move, air audibly began to escape from their mouths." And what did they say?

They all repeated the same six phrases:

1. We are here to tell you to continue doing what you are doing.
2. What you are doing is bringing light and information onto the planet.
3. What you are doing is reconnecting strands.
4. What you are doing is reconnecting strings.
5. You must know that you are a master.
6. We have come because of your reputation.

Who are the “we” that spoke through more than 50 of Dr. Pearl’s patients? Dr. Pearl has begun to share that information in presentations and the media, and is planning to write about the experience in his next book. Imagine how unnerving this was for Dr. Pearl at first, yet he finally decided to accept what these channeled voices were saying. He chose to believe and trust that what was occurring was very real and profound. And the healing continued.

THE THEORY

(NOTE: Some of the terminology may be new to you. Please scroll down to the definitions for clarification. This description comes directly from The Reconnection's site.)

The two-day process known as The Reconnection brings in “new” axiatonal lines that enable us to standardize unique vibratory levels and frequencies for healing and ultimately, for our evolution.

Originally, the meridian or acupuncture lines on our bodies were connected to the magnetic grid lines that encircle the Earth. These were designed to continue out and connect us to a vastly larger grid, tying us to the entire universe. Over time, we became disconnected from these lines.

These new lines are part of a parallel-dimensional circulatory system that draws the basic energy for the renewal functions of the human body.

A trained practitioner activates these new lines, allowing for the exchange of light and information, the reconnection of DNA strands and the reintegration of strings.

ALL IN A NAME

Reconnective Healing and The Reconnection (aka your Personal Reconnection) differ in their intent. Reconnective Healing allows for spiritual, emotional, mental and physical healing, with some degree of reconnecting as part of the experience.

The Reconnection, however, is designed to bring us into the fullness of our inherent connection with the Universe, and allows Reconnective Healing to be so much more comprehensive than just on its own. It is evolutionary in nature and can help jump start your life.

While Reconnective Healing is free-form, without any technique, The Reconnection is quite different. In both, however, the practitioner’s hands are used above and around (rather than on) the body.

During a Reconnection, the practitioner will follow a prescribed set of movements customized to your physical body to facilitate the activation of the axiatonal lines. This takes place over two (usually consecutive) days.

HELPFUL TERMS

axiatonal lines – an evolved form of acupuncture meridian lines which connect to the planetary energy grid, and the entire Universe; they are not confined to space-time as we know it, but are open-ended, and accumulate energy from extra-dimensional realities; they are vibratory lines

bandwidth – range of frequencies within a radiation band required to transmit a particular signal

channeling – in spiritualism, to serve as a medium for (a spirit); the process by which a person becomes a conduit for a deceased person, as someone from an ancient culture who imparts information about a previous life

Ch’i – the activating energy of the Universe; the bridge between our body and consciousness; it holds the organs, glands, blood vessels, and other bodily parts in place

DNA – deoxyribonucleic acid, a nucleic acid, which is a substance in the nucleus of a cell; DNA is shaped like a double helix (a ladder twisted into a spiral); common thinking says that humans contain two strands of DNA; quantum physicians have theorized that we may, in fact, have originally had as many as 12 or more; the implication is that rather than continuing to evolve forward in a near linear fashion, the human race will benefit by simultaneously reaching back in time and bringing forward certain aspects from when we were a more complete people

frequency – the number of periodic oscillations, vibrations, or waves per unit of time; usually expressed in hertz

magnetic grid – the magnetic system of the Earth, sometimes known as ley lines that link the planet; has been referred to as the DNA delivery engine

meridians – in Chinese acupuncture, there are 12 main meridians or pathways along which positive and negative energy travels in the human body, and which carries on some of the communication between the various parts of human beings; this so-called Ch’i energy enters the body through 500 specific acupuncture points that have unique electro-magnetic characteristics

quantum physics or mechanics – branch of science that deals with discrete, indivisible units of energy called quanta; the physics of the incredibly small; how electrons surround the nucleus of the atom and other subatomic actions

registers – involuntary physical or physiological responses to the frequencies; the more common ones include rapid eye movement, breathing changes, swallowing, tears, laughter, finger movements, head rotation, body movements, and stomach gurgling

strings – simultaneously occurring parallel planes of existence; string theory is a way of looking at the building blocks of matter and energy; the most fundamental particles in the universe have been described as loops of “string” that vibrate at specific frequencies

strands – science has taught that in every DNA molecule in the human body, there are two strands—the basis of our genetic code or blueprint; see definition of DNA

vibration – a periodic to-and-fro motion or oscillation of an object; everything in the universe consists of vibrations occurring at different frequencies

DR. PEARL TODAY

While too busy traveling to maintain his chiropractic practice, Dr. Pearl continues to focus on his training seminars. His "gift" of being the conduit for The Reconnection and Reconnective Healing is regularly reported to help people with a wide variety of serious diseases including malignant tumors, AIDS-related diseases, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, birth disfigurements and bone deformities.

His work has elicited a tremendous amount of interest from researchers and doctors worldwide. In both informal and clinical settings, patients and physicians have witnessed the results of healing that occurs through Dr. Pearl, simply by holding his hands near them. He’s appeared on numerous radio and television programs and his work has been documented in several books and movies.
